Instructors and Divemasters of the dive center Scuba Quest, took part in the underwater cleanup of the Bar marina.
The event was organized by the AD “Marina”. Besides divers from our dive center, number of other volunteers contributed to this ecological action, the first one in the history of the marina. A few truckloads of sunken “treasure” were hauled away to the local trash dump: tires, wires, cans, bottles, and even one bicycle. It was tedious and exhausting, jet satisfying job.
We hope that this event will rise awareness amongst visitors an patrons of the marina. If you toss something into the sea, it just looks that it had disappeared! It says there for a long time affecting the environment and all of us, as a part of that environment.
